  1. General Information.<\/strong>
    Maistros Deluxe Apartments provides short-term holiday accommodation. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

  2. Reservations & Payments<\/strong>
    A reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid prior to arrival or upon check-in, as agreed. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit\/debit card, or cash (where applicable).

  3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
    Standard Rate Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
    In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of non-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. Bookings made under a Non-Refundable Rate are strictly non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. No refund or credit will be provided under any circumstances. By selecting a Non-Refundable Rate, the guest acknowledges and accepts this condition at the time of booking.

  4. Check-in & Check-out<\/strong>
    Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00
    Check-out: 07:00 until 11:00
    Early check-in \/ late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival. All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Maistros
    Deluxe Apartments. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.

  5. Maximum Occupancy<\/strong>
    Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding the maximum number of guests is not permitted unless agreed in writing.

  6. House Rules<\/strong>
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been given. Quiet hours must be respected according to Greek law (usually 15:00 \u2013 17:30 & 23:00 \u2013 07:00). Parties or events are not allowed. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

  7. Damages<\/strong>
    Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. The property reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.

  8. Cleaning<\/strong>
    Apartments are delivered clean and fully equipped. Cleaning service during the stay is provided according to the booking terms. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees.<\/li>\n
  9. Liability<\/strong>
    Maistros Deluxe Apartments is not responsible for:
    1)Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
    2)Accidents or injuries occurring within the property due to guest negligence
    3) Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
