General Information. Maistros Deluxe Apartments provides short-term holiday accommodation. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
Reservations & Payments A reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid prior to arrival or upon check-in, as agreed. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (where applicable).
Cancellation Policy Standard Rate Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of non-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. Bookings made under a Non-Refundable Rate are strictly non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. No refund or credit will be provided under any circumstances. By selecting a Non-Refundable Rate, the guest acknowledges and accepts this condition at the time of booking.
Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00 Check-out: 07:00 until 11:00 Early check-in / late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival. All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Maistros Deluxe Apartments. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
Maximum Occupancy Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding the maximum number of guests is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
House Rules Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been given. Quiet hours must be respected according to Greek law (usually 15:00 – 17:30 & 23:00 – 07:00). Parties or events are not allowed. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Damages Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. The property reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
Cleaning Apartments are delivered clean and fully equipped. Cleaning service during the stay is provided according to the booking terms. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees.
Liability Maistros Deluxe Apartments is not responsible for: 1)Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings 2)Accidents or injuries occurring within the property due to guest negligence 3) Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
Privacy Policy Personal data collected during booking is used solely for reservation purposes and in compliance with applicable Greek and EU data protection laws (GDPR).
Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
